Home Our grass fed beef is both healthy and delicious. The steers are grass finished on our farm where we practice management intensive grazing (MIG) to optimize forage and beef quality. This environmentally friendly method of grazing allows the land a chance to heal and regrow before being grazed again.

If you would like to learn a little more about grass fed beef from the scientific viewpoint, I highly recommend Jo Robinson's book "Pasture Perfect". You can also read a lot on her website www.eatwild.com. In her book and online you will learn about how healthy grass based meats really are compared to conventional items. For example, many are surprised to learn that grass fed beef actually has less fat than supermarket chicken. The scientific references are in the back of the book for those that want to dig deeper.
